Why The Fuel Stack exists

I’m Dibyesh G., founder of Fueleo.
I spend my days building operational software for mid-market fuel marketers. Before writing a single line of code, I spent time sitting inside fuel distribution operations, talking to dispatchers, billers, AP managers, and ops directors trying to make the business run cleaner.
What I kept finding was the same story, told differently at every company.
The invoice that went out three days late because dispatch and billing don’t talk to the same system. The rack price that changed after the order went out and nobody caught it until the customer called. The BOL sitting in an email folder nobody owns. The spreadsheet one person built three years ago that is now the most important financial control in the AP process.
These are not technology problems. They are workflow problems. And they are costing mid-market fuel distributors real money, quietly, every single month.
That’s what this newsletter is about.
Not digital transformation. Not generic SaaS content. The actual operational problems that sit between pricing, dispatch, delivery, invoicing, reconciliation, and accounting and what the operators running clean actually do differently.
I write this because I believe the fuel distribution industry deserves honest, specific, operator-level writing about how the business actually works. Not vendor marketing. Not surface-level trade press. Just the real stuff.
Every issue is free. No pitch. No paywall.
If something I write sounds like your operation, reply to any email. Those conversations are why I keep writing.
